Return and refund policy

Unfortunately, due to the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless they are defective. Once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue a refund for digital or gift card products.

All JIMMYJANE® sales are final.
