How long will my order take to ship?

Where’s my tracking number?
Upon shipping, your tracking number is sent automatically by FedEx. Be sure to look in your junk mail folder for your tracking number.

How do I return an item?
Pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. No item can be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please read about Returns and Exchanges.

Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning a product to Jimmyjane. If we determine that the product is defective, we will cover the cost of shipping a new product.
