We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We never share any information about you with any third party other than those (such as FedEx) who require such information to complete the delivery of your order.

All of our credit card transactions are processed by Authorize.Net, a leading provider of internet-based transaction services. The charges on your credit card statement will appear as "Jj Inc.".

Complete Discretion
Whether Jimmyjane is shipping to your home, to your work, or to a gift recipient, the delivery will be totally discreet. Our packaging makes no mention of the nature of the contents, so your goods will arrive without a hint at what's inside. All of our orders are shipped in plain packaging with "J.Jane" as the sender. Though we love our logo, it does not appear anywhere on the outside of the shipping box. Inside the mundane shipping box however, you will find our distinctive, elegant packaging -- packaging befitting its luxurious contents. Whether buying for yourself or for another, opening a package from Jimmyjane is always a delight.

No Unsolicited Correspondence
Jimmyjane does not make unsolicited phone calls, or send unsolicited email or postal mail. We will never send you correspondence unless you have requested it, or it is required to complete your transaction. Email is sent to confirm your order, to notify you about backorders, and to supply you with the tracking number for your shipment. We only contact customers by phone when there is a question regarding an order. If you ever receive any unsolicited contact from us, please e-mail Customer Service so that we can make sure that there is no further unprompted contact.
