Shipping Information

Jimmyjane ships worldwide. Review this information for International Delivery

- All orders require two business days to process before shipping.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.
- Alaska and Hawaii items must ship via air service and may require an additional day for delivery.
- International taxes and duties must be paid by the customer upon receipt. Jimmyjane does not calculate or collect these fees.
- At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, or APO addresses.

Jimmyjane uses FedEx to offer the following US shipping options.. Our online orders are processed daily, Monday through Friday. Orders received by noon (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday, will be processed that day. Orders received after noon (Pacific Time) may be processed on the following business day.

FedEx Standard Overnight orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not guaranteed to arrive
according to the schedule below.

Whether Jimmyjane is shipping to your home, to your work, or to a gift recipient, the delivery will be totally discreet. Our packaging makes no mention of the nature of the contents, so your goods will arrive without a hint at what's inside. All orders are shipped in plain packaging with "J. Jane” as the sender. Though we love our logo, it does not appear anywhere on the shipping box. Inside the mundane shipping box however, you will find our distinctive, elegant packaging – befitting its luxurious contents. Whether buying for yourself or for another, opening a package from Jimmyjane is always a delight.

International Delivery

We ship to many international destinations. We utilize Fedex for International delivery. Customer must pay any shipping taxes or duties upon receipt of the package. These fees are not calculated during checkout and Jimmyjane is not responsible for these fees. Some countries restrict adult oriented items – we are unable to ship to these destinations. Please use our Shipping Estimator on our Checkout page to determine shipping fees.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand by all our products. However, if you are dissatisfied with any item, it may be returned unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt for a credit, refund or exchange.
Please note:

• All defective items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a credit, exchange, refund or replacement. Products under warrantee can be returned up-to 1 year.
• For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept non-defective exchanges on items that have been opened.
• Vibrators may not be returned unless they are defective.
• Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return or the item is defective.
• Pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. For a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please call Customer Service at 415.864.3474, ext. 312.

To return a product to Jimmyjane:

• Contact Customer Service at 415.864.3474, ext. 312 from 9 am - 5 pm PST.
• Write down the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number given to you by the customer service representative.
• Repack the product with the packing slip in its original packaging.
• Include the RMA number in the following return shipping address:

• For your security, please return your product with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Jimmyjane is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
• If you are returning a product because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, Jimmyjane will provide a prepaid return label.
