Where’s my tracking number? Upon shipping, your tracking number is sent automatically by FedEx. Be sure to look in your junk mail folder for your tracking number.
How do I return an item? Pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. No item can be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please read about Returns and Exchanges.
Who pays for return shipping? The customer is responsible for the cost of returning a product to Jimmyjane. If we determine that the product is defective, we will cover the cost of shipping a new product.
