How do I wear HELLO TOUCH?
First, insert the Dock into the Wristband so that the side with the wires is facing the opening. Next, slip the Wristband onto your wrist, and the loops of the Fingerpads over your fingers. There are a number of placements to choose from, here are a few of our suggestions. See our Suggested Uses to learn more about the benefits of each.
How do I turn HELLO TOUCH on and off?
There are three circles marked on the Wristband where the fabric stretches over the Dock. There are buttons beneath the circle farthest away from your hand and the circle closest to your hand that you can press to toggle the Vibration Pods on and off. Note that you can locate these buttons without looking – run your finger over the surface and you’ll feel that they are raised.
Help! The Fingerpads don't fit.
The sizing of HELLO TOUCH is based on ergonomic data for the median finger sizes for men and women, which was then adjusted based on feedback from our panel of testers. The dimensions were chosen to provide a snug fit for most users, in order to reduce the likelihood of the Fingerpads slipping off the fingers during use. Clearly, there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all when it comes to fingers and wrists (particularly when addressing both male and female users), so we have a larger Wristband available, and work is already underway on a larger size of Fingerpad. Please contact Customer Service to find out more.
If the loops are too big, carefully lift each loop over the top to the other side of the Vibration Pods. This will make them smaller.
How do I change the batteries in HELLO TOUCH?
HELLO TOUCH comes with two AAAA batteries. These should last for over six hours of use. To replace them, follow these steps –

Are the batteries dead? Follow the steps above to replace the batteries. If your vibrator still won't turn on, contact Customer Service.
How do I use HELLO TOUCH with a partner?
HELLO TOUCH is a great couples’ vibrator – you can touch each other just as you normally would, but share exceptional new sensations.
Here’s something for your partner to try – position the Fingerpads so that the Vibration Pods are on the front of the index finger and thumb. In this placement, it’s possible to stroke, grasp and squeeze naturally. It’s also possible to insert the forefinger for internal or G-spot stimulation while using the thumb for simultaneous external (e.g. clitoral) stimulation.
How do I use HELLO TOUCH on a guy?
Many men find vibration to be a pleasurable sensation on the penis, scrotum and perineum (the area between the scrotum and the anus). This gives you plenty of territory to explore.
Here’s a good place to start – position the Fingerpads so that the Vibration Pods are in the middle of your index and middle fingers. In this placement you can stroke with an open hand, running your hands across his body. After exploring elsewhere, work your way down and wrap your fingers around the penis so that the Vibration Pods rub against the sensitive underside of the shaft, just beneath the head, and stroke. It’s a hand job – with all new sensations.
How should I clean and care for my HELLO TOUCH?
For hygienic reasons, we recommend washing HELLO TOUCH between each use. Clean gently with mild soap and water. Dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Never use chemical cleaners or abrasives.
The Vibration Pods and Fingerpads can be submerged in water. If you want to wash them separately for more thorough cleaning, remove the Vibration Pods by squeezing the Fingerpads to pop them out. We do not recommend pulling on the wire to remove the Vibration Pod, as this puts unnecessary strain on the connection.
The Dock (which holds the PowerPack & Batteries) is not submersible, but it is splash-proof. It can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Keep Cap on Dock snugly at all times when cleaning to prevent water from entering the interior of the Dock.
The Wristband is machine washable (make sure you remove the Dock first).
