JimmyJane warrants to the original buyer all rechargeable and battery-powered products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover: damage caused by misuse or use other than as intended & described in the product instruction manual, normal wear & tear, tampering, unreasonable use, service performed by unauthorized service agencies, or loss or damage to removable parts, or consequential damages. Any attempt to open, tamper with, or take apart the product will automatically void the warranty. During the warranty period, JimmyJane will replace, at JimmyJane's sole option, the warranted product.

JimmyJane does not accept returns, as items cannot be resold or reused due to health considerations. In case of a potentially defective device, please send a claim to JimmyJane using the link below. You must include your name, a copy of the receipt, the name of the product and description of your claim. 

Registration is not needed to activate the JimmyJane product warranty. For a claim, the only information required, is a copy of your receipt, the name of the product and description of your claim. 

The foregoing is the sole warranty for the product. JimmyJane’s liability and customers’ exclusive remedy under the foregoing paragraphs will be limited to replacement by JimmyJane of such product, in JimmyJane’s sole discretion. The warranties above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied and this warranty excludes implied merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent allowed by law.

This written warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other representations and warranties, express or implied, written or oral; JimmyJane disclaims and excludes any implied warranty, including without limitation warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

WARNING: Products made of silicone may not be compatible with silicone lubricants, creams and oils (including essential oils, massage oils or any edible oils). The use of those products in combination with our silicone products may cause serious damages to your product and void your warranty.
