Bravo for Emily and Jimmyjane

Good friend of Jimmyjane, Emily Morse, has a new reality show on Bravo called “Miss Advised.” Here you can see Emily fondling her favorite Jimmyjane on camera. As Emily says on her blog – “FORM 6 has a special place in my heart. It was my first Jimmyjane.”
“Miss Advised” premieres this season on Bravo. The reality series follows three relationship experts that “can’t seem to practice what they preach.” We don’t know much about Emily’s taste in dating partners, but we know she has great taste when it comes to her favorite sex accessories. According to recent data from Newsweek, American women lead the world in vibrator ownership, second only to their savvy Taiwanese compatriots.
Also worth noting – Taiwanese women have the highest math scores of any nation, and the USA has the most Miss Universe wins.
Our deduction – using a vibrator makes you smarter and more attractive.
Or perhaps it’s just that smart, good-looking people buy the most vibrators.

A Manhattan Love Story

Shopping in Manhattan just got more creative thanks to our friend Rachel Shechtman’s new retail concept – STORY. This 2,000 square foot gallery-like space opened its doors in February with the theme of love, merchandising Jimmyjane products beside brands ranging from Vosges Chocolates to Tom’s Shoes.

Bringing OC Housewives Together

Did you catch last week’s episode of “The Real Housewives of Orange County?” If you did, you saw a brief but memorable cameo appearance by our very own FORM 3. It seems these Housewives just can’t stay away (the same team sampled Jimmyjane wares at Fred Segal just a couple seasons ago).

Apocalypse… now?

Between a global recession, solar storms, and a Mayan apocalypse, it would be reasonable to think 2012 is looking downright doom & gloomy.
We say – if this is truly our last year on earth, let’s make the most of it.
Offend someone.
It’s much more productive than offending no one.
Re-redefine romanticism.
It’s a travesty that “romantic” has become synonymous with “cheesy”.
Give good dirty.
We’re not talking filth, we’re thinking more along the lines of nutrient-rich soil for our fertile imaginations.
